These terms apply when you place an order through this store.

Written against how the store actually behaves. Every block marked PLACEHOLDER needs a real answer from the business, and the finished text should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before launch.
PLACEHOLDER. Name the selling entity, its registered address, its company registration and tax numbers, and the contact address for notices. A contract of sale needs an identifiable seller.
Adding items to your cart is not an order. When you complete checkout we create your order and, for card payments, ask our payment provider to take payment. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email — not when the checkout page loads.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where an item is mispriced, out of stock, or the payment cannot be verified. If we do, and you have already been charged, you get a full refund.
Prices are shown in US dollars. The total you approve at checkout is the amount charged: item prices, any discount applied, and shipping.
We accept card payment through our payment providers, and cash on delivery where it is offered at checkout. Cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed once payment is collected.
PLACEHOLDER. State whether prices include or exclude sales tax, VAT or GST, and who is responsible for import duty on cross-border orders.
Delivery timings, costs and the free-shipping threshold are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

PLACEHOLDER. Many jurisdictions give consumers a statutory cancellation right for distance sales that sits on top of any policy you write, and some restrict it for opened cosmetics on hygiene grounds. Confirm what applies to your customers and state it plainly — a policy cannot remove a statutory right.
Our products are cosmetics. They are intended to improve the appearance of skin and are not medicines: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Read the ingredient list before use, patch test if you have sensitive or reactive skin, and stop using the product if a reaction develops. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under the care of a dermatologist, speak to them first. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account being used for fraud or abuse.
The text, photography, design and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right.
PLACEHOLDER. Any limitation of liability, and the law and courts that govern these terms, are jurisdiction-specific and are frequently unenforceable against consumers when drafted too broadly. Have a qualified adviser draft this section; do not copy a clause from another store.
We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
