Many questions are already answered on the FAQ, and delivery, returns and refunds are set out in full under shipping and returns.
If your order arrived damaged, leaked or wrong, message us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of both the package and the product, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
What to include
Your order number is the fastest way to get a useful answer — it is in your confirmation email and under your account. For anything about a delivery, the tracking number helps too.
